Why Art Journal?

The number one reason I am starting to journal is to help develop my creativity. There are different branches of my art work that meld together so putting it all together in one place will help organise my thoughts, bring new ideas and maintain momentum. I am someone who loves making art but can struggle with motivation for a lot of reasons so it will encourage me to keep doing what I enjoy. This will be a place other than my physical that holds my processes letting me see how my art work evolves over time. It will be a bit messy, or at least not perfect.
